WHAT IS RUDY & TOPS
Rudy and Tops are the main characters in a graphic novel series created by the artist who brought you the Salty Seagulls Society Artwork.
Comic books and Graphic Novels are becoming less and less popular as more and more comic book stores are disappearing. Old stories and characters are recycled and used over and over again leaving old audiences exhausted while new audiences prefer the movie adaptations.
Much like the music industry, the bulk of the art is controlled by “record labels”, or in the case of comics, studios like Marvel, DC, or Image Comics. We can change all of that.
The Rudy & Tops team and community aim to change the way that Graphic Novels are created, digested, and shared. We will be focused on building a diverse community that has a passion for creative ownership as there is strength in engaging with people who have different perspectives and opinions.
There will be 5200 Rudy NFTs in the first collection which will help fund the Graphic Novel series. Once the graphic novel is on the way, the more Rudies you have, the more you will be able to influence the direction of the community with decisions on plot twists, character names, and storyline options. Future NFT collections based on other main characters and villains will also grant access to Rudy and Tops Holders, but the best perks and benefits are reserved for the Cavemen Council. As a Rudy and Tops Member, you get to be a part of the writing team!
Members will take pride in Rudy & Tops because they will be involved. Sharing will be inevitable.

CAVEMEN COUNCIL
Rudies, in the Cardano space, communities are HIGHLY regarded because the community is VERY important in the continual growth of the blockchain. With that being said, we are doing something in this project that I don't think has EVER been done before, or at least I haven't seen it! The CAVEMEN COUNCIL is the Government of Rudy & Tops, run by the members of the project. Only those who are most active and participate in the community can make it to earn a spot. You have to earn XP to move up.
THE LAWS
ANY Member can become part of the CAVEMEN COUNCIL, To the Hunters, go the spoils!! (a fancy way of saying that the most active get the rewards)
The only way to make it to the CAVEMEN COUNCIL is by being active and participating in the server and earning XP
THE CAVEMEN COUNCIL will make ALL of the decisions in the project because they have shown the most commitment & Loyalty by being active.
TRIBE KING can be out-voted on matters with 7

WISE ONE is the highest-level member
ELDERS are appointed by the TRIBE KING & WISE ONE from Members in 2nd - 8th Place on the leaderboard.

COMIC BOOK PLOT SUMMARY
A Neanderthal teen (Rudy) and his best friend triceratops (Tops) who were orphaned at an early age, get into daily adventures during the Jurassic period with the help of a supernatural gem that was mysteriously entrusted to Rudy. They meet friends and foes on their epic journey while discovering their purpose.
LORE - RUDY’s BACK STORY
This story starts with broken pieces of memory…
Jumbled noises and shouting, flashes of a cave fire.
All of a sudden our precious hero Rudy is tossed into the jungle and his vision fades into darkness as he faints into a sleep…
When he woke up he opened his eyes and did not see his parents anywhere. It was light out now and he had a mysterious necklace around his neck with a gem tied to it resting on his chest. For some reason, it was glowing.
Rudy’s right cheek felt hot and wet and he could smell copper. He felt his face and instantly knew that he was cut and that he was bleeding. He could barely crawl, but he managed to make his way back to the camp where he was thrown from, the night before. There was a mess… but, no sign of his parents anywhere.
He could hear water running in the distance. The gem hanging over his chest seemed to flash faster and faster as he shuffled in that direction. Rudy hoped that his mom and dad would be at the water and that they would be looking for him too.
It took Rudy a while to make it to the water's edge. He dipped his face in the cooling water and held it there for a few moments of relief. He quickly opened his eyes in panic, as he remembered his father’s lectures warning him about the dangerous creatures living deep within the water.
He took a deep breath in relief, realizing that he was safe for now…
Rudy quickly grew sad as he did not spot any sign of his parents.
Another rush of panic set in as Rudy heard some scuffling coming from behind a nearby bush.
He hid behind a boulder that was close to him with his head poking over the rock just enough for him to peek.
Rudy watched as a baby triceratops emerged, and walked slowly toward the water.
The baby triceratops took a drink, lifted his head, looked around, and went back in for more.
Rudy then noticed some ripples in the water near where the unsuspecting triceratops was standing.
“A CROC” Rudy yelled at him. He jumped back just in time to evade a gator’s attempt to make him a meal.
After the alligator swam away, the triceratops turned his attention toward Rudy…
He patted the ground as if he were going to charge and Rudy yelled, “It’s Ok, I’m not going to hurt you!”
Turns out the lost triceratops was also looking for his parents.
Little did they know that they would become the best of friends…
…
That was many moons ago.
Rudy is now a teenager, and the triceratops who was named Tops, is almost an adult in Triceratops years.
They have been on their own ever since, getting into adventures and surviving in the jungle, while helping as many creatures and people as they possibly can along the way.
Turns out, that necklace that suddenly appeared around Rudy’s neck, has some sort of mystical power…
It’s been helping them throughout their journey, as they are ultimately trying to find out where their parents are and what happened to them.
The gem grants Rudy the ability to project some kind of energy from it, He doesn’t really understand how it works. It seems to have a mind of its own. Without that gem, Rudy & Tops might not be where they are today…
And so their journey continues…

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Along with being the artist for the Salty Seagulls Society and Rudy & Tops, I am a Multi-Media Designer with 12+ years of experience. Holstering a degree in illustration and Design, as well as picking up videography and photography experience while working for Fortune 500 Corporations. I have been blessed to be able to help people start and market their businesses.
I love applying my skills in the CNFT space and getting a taste of the fresh new world that is to come.
Some of my earliest art influences were, Dragon ball Z, Ninja Turtles, Sonic, Spider-Man, Bat Man, X-Men, Power Rangers, and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. (That last one threw you off didn’t it lol)
I am a man of God, a huge fan of the NBA, and I love spending time with my wife and family! We’re expecting a new addition in December! :)
